Also, adding in the ability to self-sign a query on opening could be beneficial as mentioned [here](https://forum.thegraph.com/t/gip-0028-subsidized-query-settlement/3239/13). If an indexer can direct a 0 GRT query to themselves and provide a attestation, we could prevent the issue of having an indexer allocated but unable to serve queries.
