It is completely unnecessary to add a thaw period for indexer rewards, since it does not introduce potential exploits in the protocol economics. Please read Ariel’s nice explanation here
If you want to get indexers support, I suggest rallying behind @Derkhersh’s proposal
Both Indexers and Delegators should be able to remove rewards immediately
