Council members value transparency and have agreed to follow Chatham House Rules for sharing meeting notes. On February 23rd, 2023, The Graph Council held its 45th meeting.

**Council Business**

**Meeting**

- The Council voted on candidates for the open council seat and selected a candidate. Council to announce the new member in the coming weeks.
- Discussed and voted on the proposal to activate indexing rewards on Arbitrum One. This is [\*\*GIP-0043](https://forum.thegraph.com/t/gip-0043-activate-indexing-rewards-in-the-graph-network-on-arbitrum-one/3999)\*\* which includes[GIP-0037](https://forum.thegraph.com/t/gip-0037-the-graph-arbitrum-deployment-with-linear-rewards-minted-in-l2/3551). Discussion on what percentage of rewards should initially be allocated to Arbitrum One. Vote passed to proceed with snapshot and testing.
- Discussion on Celo, Arbitrum, Avalanche + File Data Sources to be integrated on Mainnet. Vote to occur pending further discussion.
- Discussion of Draft GGP-0020 - Update Feature Support Matrix to support Celo, Arbitrum, Avalanche + File Data Sources.
