Council members value transparency and have agreed to follow Chatham House Rules for sharing meeting notes. On Sept 21st, 2023, The Graph Council held its 55th meeting.

Meeting do not commence at 8 am PST, Sept 21, 2023.

The Council was not able to establish a quorum with the members present.

The Council agreed to carry-out asynchronous polling on the agenda items requiring a vote.

Meeting Minutes:

- Pablo Carranza Vélez presented information on GIPs asking the council to cluster them into one Graph Governance Proposal.
- Etienne Brunet presented components of the 2024 Foundation Budget.
