When I used to log on to The Graph I could click on to my indexer and see how many coins I had. I no longer see that indexer symbol. What happened? Did I lose all my coins?

You mean you are delegating to an Indexer and you cannot find anymore your delegation?
You cannot loose any tokens, so do not worry.
Connect with your wallet and from the drop-down menu (top-right corner), click on Delegating:
From here you will go straight away to see your current delegations.
