Exec summary
In March, Semiotic wrote a blog post on using AI to enhance The Graph network, discussing its past, present, and future AI efforts. We have finalized the security audit and protocol design for verifiable payments, expanded the design with EIP-712 structured hash, and updated the TAP integration roadmap. In addition, we have started syncing Firehose for indexing, and we are mapping out potential data and verifiability pipelines for a future World of Data Services in The Graph.
Looking back (what was delivered)
Outreach
- Published Using AI To Enhance The Graph Network blog post that shares details about Semioticβs past, present, and future AI efforts in The Graph.
Verifiable Payments
- Finalized security audit and froze protocol design.
- Expanded design/implementation to use EIP-712 structured hash [PR]
- Updated TAP integration roadmap [link]
Indexing
- Started syncing Firehose
VI/VQ & World of Data Services
- Started mapping out potential data/verifiability pipelines in anticipation of a World of Data Services future for The Graph
Looking ahead (upcoming priorities)
Verifiable Payments
- Implement end-to-end prototype
- Complete TAP verification smart contract
- Continue unit benchmarking and add throughput tests and simulations
Indexing
- Start using Firehose for our indexing (events only)
VI/VQ & World of Data Services
- Focus efforts solely on Firehose pipeline and write a short one-pager scoping the problem
- Deeply understand Firehose then begin mapping potential verifiability solutions
