Semiotic October 2025 Update

Token API

Several big improvements here. Last month, we talked about expanding our NFT spam prediction model to cover more chains and have better performance. We’ve achieved that and more. Semiotic has released a model that works on Ethereum Mainnet, Base, Arbitrum One, BSC, Optimism, Polygon, and Optimism, that matches the accuracy of Token API’s competitors, and that takes under a millisecond on each call. We’ve migrated our production stack to rust as well, resulting in lower latency on all the non-AI tasks our code handles too. The official Token API upgrade including this functionality will be coming out soon, so stay tuned to our socials (@semioticlabs)!

GraphTally, Indexer Service, and Horizon

This past month has been about making sure we’re cleaning up the final tests and tasks for the Horizon upgrade. That upgrade is now well underway! Semiotic is primarily taking a supporting role in the upgrade itself, so take a look at E&N’s one-pager for more information. We have started to shift focus towards understanding what we’ll need to do once the upgrade is complete - how we are going to deprecate v1. We are also supporting an audit of the stack to be even more sure that there are no exploits lurking under the hood in our implementation.

Verifiability

Lots of exciting updates here, but unfortunately none that we can share just yet. Stay tuned for next month!
