Hey all, happy New Year! Some new releases were made this past month and we’re looking towards more!
Looking back
- Improved and publicly announced the added support for Solana IDLs and Account Changes.
- Further decreased latency across the Solana Transactions/Instructions as well as Account Changes endpoints (check it out for yourself:
substreams run solana-common@v0.3.0 blocks_without_votes -s -1 -o clock). - Completed the Substreams technical documentation revamp on https://docs.substreams.dev/.
- Successfully onboarded one large Depin project on Solana, and top prop trading firm
Looking ahead
For the next month, here are our goals to continue making Substreams a success within The Graph:
- Complete the Firehose work to bring a new non-EVM chain onto The Graph.
- Finish prepping for and hosting an internal workshop to Injective labs engineers.
- Launch the Substreams pricing page on thegraph.com as part of the new Nav.
- Incorporate the feedback provided to the Substreams GIP.
- Revise Substreams docs on thegraph.com based on feedback.
- Launch a case study for Amberdata.
- Continue rollout of a robust Solana/Substreams GTM onboarding for BD and DevRel.
