Im using hosted service, When I did a small change. I want to test it.
However, It take me over 2 hours to sync!
How to speed up the sync?

Depending on the kind of change you made, and the complexity of your subgraph, it is not uncommon for subgraphs to take 2hrs to sync.
However, features like grafting can really speed up the process if you do not need to apply changes from the start block you may have defined in the manifest.

That is really odd. Your subgraph only has 800k entities.
Subgraphs that are 6x the size of yours take less than 30mins to copy. If you can share your repo with me, I can try to reproduce.
