Wonderland June 2025 Update

:woman_astronaut: Executive Summary

In June we significantly advanced several key initiatives. We finalized implementation and began the review process for governance related space contract changes, also bringing back to life the integration test suite of the whole repository and preparing for deployment. We also made substantial progress on Rankings, Aggregation & Pluralism for the Knowledge Graph, including the kick off of actions indexing and initial analyses of the scoring algorithm for KG entities relevance within a whole graph.

:tada: Looking Back (What Was Delivered)

  • Space Contract Changes: The implementation of these changes is complete, and we troubleshooted some core issues that made integration tests not runnable in some chains. Changes are pending a final round of reviews to be deployed.
  • Rankings, Aggregation & Pluralism: We presented and refined initial ideas for these features, aligning them with the overall vision. We started working on the spec to provide KG spaces a way to sort out their entities leveraging the signals given by users’ actions. This comprehends the actions indexing and the relevance scoring algorithm based on indexed actions.

:rocket: Looking Ahead (Upcoming Priorities)

Our focus for the next month will be on:

  • Space Contract Changes: Coordinating with the Geo team to merge our smart contract changes and assisting with the deployment of the updated contracts.
  • Rankings, Aggregation & Pluralism: Finalizing the tech design document for actions indexing, the scoring algorithm, and search entities to kick off implementation. We’ll continue evaluating the entity scoring algorithm’s performance with real data, to provide a great first impression to the decentralized KG users, enabling them to navigate an extremely plural graph effectively.
