The core dev workspace is public and you can use it to keep track of ongoing workstreams, access meeting notes, and different kanban boards, etc.
Core Devs collaborate on core protocol development in Working Groups (WGs) and Task Forces (TFs). WGs are cross-functional R&D teams working on common areas of the protocol and stack, while TF are formalized to deliver high-priority projects in a shorter time frame.
All core dev calls are recorded and uploaded to YouTube with meeting notes shared in this forum section.
