I’m trying to withdraw my GRT. The 28 day waiting period is over (it’s been 39 days). My GRT is available to withdraw but when I click Withdraw I get a withdraw failure alert. I have tried putting my metamask account on the etherium network and the arbitron network but nothing helps. Can anyone give me a suggestion?

Which network is your delegation on? Ethereum or Arbitrum?
Do you have enough ETH (Ethereum) or AETH (Arbitrum) in your wallet to pay for the withdrawal TX?
Make sure your wallet is connected to the same network that your delegation is on.

Derek, It’s on the Arbitrum network. I have .009 eth in my wallet’s Arbitron account which may be the issue. I have a lot more in my Ethereum account. Is there an easy way to move some from one to the other? Yes I have my metamask wallet on the Arbitrum network. Thanks for your help with this.

I’m waiting for gas fees to go down. They are way too high right now.

Yes, you can use a bridge to move ETH to AETH, one of the bridges that I know are jumper.exchange

I went ahead and moved some eth over using the metamask bridge (and yes the fees were high) so now I have $76 of eth in my wallet. That should be enough to withdraw my GRT but I still get the Withdraw failure notice. ??? My metamask is on the Arbitrum network. When I originally moved my GRT to the Graph Explorer my GRT was on the Ethereum network but the Graph switch to Arbitrum. Does that make any difference?

I’m still unable to withdraw my GRT from Graph Explorer! I’m well past the 28 day waiting period. I have .019 ETH ($67 today) in my wallet on my iphone for gas. On my laptop is shows I have .019 AETH. The ETH on my iphone has the small A in the circle showing it is Arbitrum. Should it be ETH or AETH or does it matter? My wallet is on the Arbitrum One network just like the GRT on Graph Explorer. Every time I try to withdraw GRT I get Withdraw failure. What am I doing wrong???

Are you using a Ledger? Or just MetaMask? If you are on Arbitrum you won’t spend more than $0.1
Can you try again? What is your wallet address? Dod you have some tx failures on Arbiscan?

Sorry for the delay in getting back. OMG I have tried to withdraw these coins at least 10 times and today it worked!! Now my acct only shows 38.21 realized rewards which should have been part of what I withdrew. Right? Thanks for your help with this. I really don’t know what was different, other than time, but it worked so I’m happy. Thanks for the rewards over the past 2 1/2 years!

I am currently experiencing the same problem. I use Ledger via Metamask. First I delegat my GRT via the Etherium network, then I transferred it to Arbitrum via the sites of The Graph, and now I want to withdraw it back to my ledger with Metamask. The 28 day waiting period is over. When I click on withdraw, Metamask opens and I am asked to confirm the transaction. However, the confirmation button remains inactive, even if I scroll down, and even if I have the Etherium app open on Ledger.

Which browser do you use? And in case can you try using a different wallet?
I was able to solve the problem. Using Rabby Wallet instead of Metamask helped.
