Hey @tapdance00, you can use Arbitrum’s bridge UI (https://bridge.arbitrum.io/) to bridge your “old GRT tokens” back to Ethereum Mainnet (note that this takes ~7 days)
Once you are on Ethereum Mainnet, you can use the same UI to bridge back to Arbitrum One. It sounds silly but it’s the easiest path.
