NFTs are becoming more popular. One project that really stood out to me was Cryptopunks
Just recently, a punk sold for 605ETH( $761K)
The CryptoPunks are 10,000 uniquely generated characters. No two are exactly alike, and each one of them can be officially owned by a single person on the Ethereum blockchain.
I built a subgraph for it. If you have a punk you can query your records right now.
