Graph-indexer commands hanging

I’m running into a problem where graph-indexer commands are just hanging at ⠴ Querying indexer management server Looking at the agent logs I see the following:

{"level":40,"time":1731335188168,"pid":35,"hostname":"indexer-agent-6d4cd6b775-vj44q","name":"IndexerAgent","component":"Network","indexer":"0x000","protocolNetwork":"eip155:42161","component":"FreshnessChecker","latestIndexedBlock":273375560,"latestNetworkBlock":273376644,"blockDistance":1084,"freshnessThreshold":60,"subgraph":"Network Subgraph","retriesLeft":null,"endpoint":"http://query-node.default.svc.cluster.local/subgraphs/id/QmcMEEdcVn32kfpkjwmiw5ZADFJdP2JDzm9j56h9iEVrXn","msg":"Network Subgraph is not fresh. Sleeping for 10000 ms before retrying"}

How can I unfreeze it? I’ve already restarted everything in the stack

Can you ask this question in our Discord server, if this is for a Mainnet indexer you can post here: :file_folder:︱indexers

If this is for your testnet indexer, you can post here: :file_folder:︱testnet-indexers

It would be great to answer the questions in the forums as well as they’re web searchable unlike Discord (which TBF is much more reactive, but harder to refind issues)

Our Technical Support team operates on Discord and does not actively monitor the Forum. The Forum is primarily used for informational purposes, proposing feature requests, discussing protocol enhancements, and allowing community members to showcase their work and ideas.

Thanks for your understanding!
