Is it possible to create a live chart platform like Poocoin or DefinedFi using The Graph to pull on-chain data?

I am trying to make a simple application - display a live price chart for BSC and ERC tokens using the Tradingview API like Poocoin, DefinedFI, Dextools do.

I cannot find anything online on how to do this or where to pull the data from.

Is it possible to use The Graph to supply the data needed to create the live price charts?
