Meeting Minutes:
- The Council reviewed the draft of GIP-0054. The Council provided rough consensus to proceed.
- A Q2 treasury overview was presented to the Council. The Council discussed community sentiment and future milestones for The Graph.
- The Council discussed council seats. A vote passed to add another Observer Seat and the Foundation was asked to prepare a list of potential candidates to fill the vacant Core Dev seat.
