Meeting Minutes:
- The Foundation shared a reminder of GGPs that require Council approval.
- The Council discussed GIP-0058, including community and core dev feedback. The Council asks GIP authors to share more context around this GIP and education about “Horizon”.
- The Foundation shared an update on the Tech Advisory Board (TAB) nominations. The Council asked the Foundation to create a charter that will specify expected operating principles of the TAB.
- The Foundation provided a brief recap of a recent offsite with core contributors focused on R&D.
