Avalanche #Avax should be the first choice,
because Avalanche’s combine all the benefits of the Nakamoto consensus (resilience, scale, decentralization) and all the benefits of Classical consensus (speed, fast completion and energy efficiency) without the disadvantages.

"Avalanche C-Chain is an instance of the EVM w/ Snowman consensus (the linear-blockchain variant of Avalanche consensus). It does around 3000 tps but things slow down when you pass through the EVM.
