Add support for Rootstock

About Rootstock:

Rootstock is the first and longest-standing Bitcoin side-chain with more than 6 years in Mainnet. As a PoW chain, Rootstock is secured by more than 50% of Bitcoin’s hash power through merged-mining, while contributing back to Bitcoin’s security budget by redirecting network fees to miners.

As a fully EVM-compatible chain, its native cryptocurrency is RBTC, a BTC-pegged asset redeemable for BTC through the two-way-peg, expanding BTC into new utilities via DeFi.

Rootstock Mainnet ecosystem currently counts with 146 dApps and protocols, circa 200M TVL, and an annual mark of around 83,796 active addresses and 2,499,622 transactions.

Integration with Subgraph Studio or alternatives

Note that snapshots are given under request (links that are available for a span of time).

Note that the average frequency of upgrades is 2 months, while hard-forks are less frequent and not fixed. You can see the full list of releases here.

For monitoring purposes, RootstockLabs Core Dev team uses Grafana.
