Request for Graph Node Support - Rupaya Mainnet

About Rupaya

Rupaya is an EVM-compatible blockchain that aims to provide a robust and efficient platform for decentralized applications. We have recently revamped our project and launched a Uniswap fork on our chain, marking a significant milestone in our ecosystem’s growth.

  • Mainnet is currently available
  • Chain ID: 499
  • Currency Ticker: RUPX
  • Our newly launched Uniswap fork represents our first major DApp, laying the foundation for a diverse and active DeFi ecosystem on Rupaya.

Contact Information

I am Aasim, a developer working on the Rupaya blockchain. I am part of the core development team responsible for maintaining and expanding our network infrastructure.

Graph Node integration

While we haven’t yet tested the integration with Graph Node or created an example subgraph, we are eager to work with The Graph team to ensure smooth integration and develop necessary examples.

Integration with Subgraph Studio or alternatives

We are committed to supporting this integration by maintaining a stable and reliable RPC endpoint. Our team will ensure that the RPC is kept up-to-date and will work closely with the Subgraph Studio team to address any integration challenges.

To support ongoing integration, we will:

  1. Maintain comprehensive documentation for our RPC endpoint
  2. Provide timely updates about any network changes, if they occur
  3. Offer direct support channels for The Graph team and indexers
  4. Develop and share example subgraphs as we progress with the integration

Indexer Documentation

To support Rupaya, Graph Indexers will need to run an RPC node. Here are the details:

  • Hardware requirements: 2 vCPU, 4GB RAM, 20GB HDD for a current RPC node
  • Node setup guide: Since our codebase is based on go-ethereum, indexers can simply init our genesis by using go-ethereum v1.13.15 image. I can provide further information and assistance on this process as needed.
  • Snapshots: We are working on providing regular snapshots to facilitate quick node synchronization. Details will be available soon.
  • Network Stability: Our focus is on maintaining a stable network. We do not currently have planned regular upgrades. Any necessary updates will be communicated well in advance.
  • Monitoring: Standard Ethereum monitoring tools like Prometheus exporters and Grafana dashboards are compatible with our network.

We are excited about the possibility of integrating Rupaya with The Graph protocol and are ready to provide any additional information or assistance needed to move this process forward. Our team is committed to ensuring a smooth integration process and supporting the growth of both our ecosystem and The Graph’s network of supported chains.
