Meeting Minutes:
- The Council voted to proceed with snapshot votes for GIP-0041 & GIP-0059. The Council also agreed to proceed with GIP-0056 and conditions will be determined async.
- The Council reviewed an upcoming multisig release for operations and further discussed 2024 Foundation budgetary details.
- It was noted the Oct. 19th Graph Council Meeting will be cancelled, but the Foundation will provide information for strategic initiatives.
